PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — 2 Circle Inc. (2 Circle), a small, veteran-owned business that specializes in the transition of technology to warfighting capability, showcased its exclusive Reconstruction and Assessment of Proficiency in an Integrated Debrief (RAPID) software at the latest annual Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, held November 28 – December 2, 2022.
I/ITSEC is the world’s largest modeling, simulation and training event organized and sponsored by the National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), an affiliate subsidiary of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
The theme for I/ITSEC 2022 was “Accelerate Change by Transforming Training – “It’s Time to ACTT!!,” designed to challenge professionals to enhance, adapt, and accelerate solutions to meet training and education requirements through advanced technology and approaches. According to the NTSA, more than 17,000 industry attendees, including key government, military, industry, research, and academia leaders, participated in last year’s event.
Conference attendees visited the 2 Circle booth at I/ITSEC 2022 to experience live, in-depth demos of RAPID, a networked advanced debrief and readiness assessment software tool in development to support the U.S. Navy (USN), U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), and U.S. Air Force (USAF).
“Many of the companies exhibiting at I/ITSEC are focused on taking existing data and simply displaying it in new/interesting ways,” said Brad “Meat” Gilroy, Vice President of Software Solutions at 2 Circle. “Throughout the week, several visitors pointed out that 2 Circle is the only company that’s doing something unique and actually using the data to change the way that the DoD does business.”
There was interest in 2 Circle products and services from all branches of the military, companies looking for business-to-business opportunities, and multiple international partners.
This was our third year participating in the event, and each year has been an improvement on previous years. I think that’s a direct reflection of the reputation that 2 Circle continues to build as a premier provider of products and services.
Visitors from across all branches of the military, industry, and international partners described 2 Circle as one of very few ‘must visit’ booths during I/ITSEC.
